We reserve the right to determine whether an order will be accepted and shipped.

Once the order details have been confirmed and the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within approximately 2–5 business days after payment is completed and delivered to the address provided. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Pre-order, customized, and other special-order items will be shipped according to the timeframe stated on the respective product page.

Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day period to inspect and consider their purchase after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.

For returns not caused by product defects, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
