Return & Exchange Guidelines

Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day period to inspect and consider their purchase after receiving the product. This period is not intended as a trial or testing period. Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Failure to meet these requirements may affect return eligibility.

1. Please contact us before applying for a return. We will provide the relevant return address information. When returning an item, please include the product, invoice, accessories, gifts, and complete original packaging.

2. Free returns are available for defective items or incorrectly shipped items. For returns or exchanges for other reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. For returns not caused by product defects, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid for the returned item, after applicable discounts. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If the return causes the order to no longer qualify for the original promotional offer, the applicable discount will be recalculated according to the promotion terms.

4. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us. We will assist with the cancellation and refund.

5. In the event of delayed, out-of-stock, discontinued items, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or other special circumstances, HANSHSU reserves the right to determine whether an order will be accepted and shipped.

Our store reserves the right to refuse unreasonable requests for repairs, returns, or exchanges.
